This hydraulic press is suitable for the secondary pressing of various AC and DC motor rotors and stators (such as fan motors, stepper motors, servo motors, and common civilian AC and DC motors). It is a specialized hydraulic equipment designed by our company specifically for the motor industry.
Brief Overview of the Machine:
Since the silicon steel sheets punched by large high-speed punch presses are not fully compacted, our fully automatic silicon steel sheet shaping machine is primarily responsible for the secondary shaping of loosely packed products. The entire machine is controlled by a microcomputer PLC, featuring automatic feeding and discharging, and utilizes a high-flow, low-noise imported oil pump. It operates with high efficiency and fully matches the punching speed of high-speed punch presses.

Structure of the Shaping Machine

1. The oil cylinder adopts an advanced mother-child cylinder.

2. The four-column three-plate structure ensures high parallelism accuracy between the movable plate and the working surface. Four precision guide sleeves ensure high vertical pressing accuracy.

3. Comprehensive safety design includes two-hand operation, an emergency stop button (photoelectric protection device can be additionally installed), and inch-adjustment buttons for upward and downward movement.

4. The worktable is equipped with a discharge chute and an air-blowing device to improve production efficiency.

5. Pressure, stroke, speed, pressure-holding time, and closed height can all be adjusted according to requirements, ensuring convenient operation.
